Rental of municipal infrastructure
Any association based in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg or individuals who are permanent residents of the municipality of Roeser are eligible to hire municipal halls.

Ballroom
Purpose:
- Cultural events, important meetings (assemblies and congresses)
- 220 seats
Charges for use :
- 250€ per 4 hours (non-profit-making events)
- 500€ per 4 hours (profit-making events)
- Security deposit: The deposit is 500€ (lump sum)
Pavillon Francis Klein
Purpose:
- Assemblies and meetings, association receptions
- 50 seats
Charges for use :
- 50€ per 4 hours (non-profit-making events)
- 100€ per 4 hours (profit-making events)
- Security deposit: The deposit is 500€ (lump sum)
Cultural centre Edward Steichen (2, rue de Bettembourg, Bivange)
Big room « Family of Man »
Purpose:
- Cultural events, exhibitions, smaller meetings
- 120 seated; 200 standing
Charges for use:
- 50€ per 4 hours (non-profit-making events)
- 100€ per 4 hours (profit-making events)
- Security deposit: The deposit is 500€ (lump sum)
Small room « The Bitter Years »
Purpose :
- Meetings
- 20 seats
Charges for use:
- 30€ per 4 hours (non-profit-making events)
- 60€ per 4 hours (profit-making events)
Sports hall (rue Alexandre Schintgen, Crauthem)
Hall « Léon Maroldt »
Purpose :
- Sports events (other events with special authorisation from the college of aldermen)
- 305 seats (bleachers); 600 seats (lawn)

- 250€ per 4 hours (non-profit-making events)
- 500€ per 4 hours (profit-making events)
- Security deposit: The deposit is 500€ (lump sum)

- Concerts and festivals
- Shows
- Popular festivals
- Themed gatherings
Charges for use:
- first day 3.000€
- additional day 1.500€
- Security deposit: The deposit is 5.000€ (lump sum)
Application for rental of mobile facilities
Flushing trolley and/or toilet trolley and/or drinks stand Peki
Charges for use:
- 60€ for the first day (local authority area)
- 15€ per additional day (local authority area)
- 120€ for the first day (outside the municipal area)
- 30€ per additional day (outside the municipal area)
- Security deposit: The deposit is 250€ (lump sum)
